Jessica Molloy founded the WHILDE Method in 2016 based on her passion for Whole Child Education. She loves helping students learn and grow and believes in the importance of taking risks and having fun while doing so.
Jessica has held teaching positions in public and private schools, but she found that she couldn't make the kind of difference she wanted with her students. After many years of tutoring, she decided to start her own method of education that would allow her to make a positive, long-term impact on students.
With a master’s degree in education from St. Joseph's College, a BA in Social Work, and licensure in ABA therapy, Jessica has also trained in Lindamood Bell teaching techniques. Currently, Jessica is working on her Doctorate in Education (EdD) at the University of New England, expecting to graduate in June 2024.
Over the years, Jessica has developed the WHILDE BLUEPRINT - a unique and effective approach to discovering how each student learns best, their personal attributes, and Executive Function Skills. With the BLUEPRINT, Jessica has been able to help numerous students find success, growth, and personal development.
Jessica's motivation for creating the WHILDE BLUEPRINT is rooted in her experiences as a young woman with dyslexia. As a child, she struggled in school and remembers standing out for all the wrong reasons. This experience instilled in her belief that a student-centered approach to education is key, with individualized curriculums tailored to each student's learning style.
When not teaching, Jessica spends her time with her four daughters and wonderful husband on Casco Bay Island.

Jessica was featured in the September 2022 Maine Women Magazine.

Ever since Jessica Molloy was a young woman, she dreamt of offering comfort to all children with any learning challenge. School was never easy for Jessica, as it often made her feel bad about herself. Diagnosed early on with dyslexia, she remembers those days thinking how much she disliked school and how they treated her.

I am a Mother of three Neurodiverse Daughters, and I am Dyslexic myself. I know firsthand what it is like to live, teach, and parent children of all ages whose minds do not think in a traditional manner. It is one of the many reasons I started the WHILDE Program.
Having experienced the challenges and triumphs that come with neurodiversity, I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals like you to embrace your unique strengths and thrive in a world that often misunderstands neurodivergent thinking.
